How the page works
Layer 1
The prompt
Spark, Layer, and Twist sit at the top of every page. They are the fixed instruction block, repeated digitally and in the printed journal.
Layer 2
The session
Working Backwards, Session Notes, Date Started, Outcome, and Outcome Notes turn the prompt into a page you can actually use for focused work.
Physical product path
The digital page is the canonical model for the Lulu journal: 100 predefined prompt pages, 20 Make Your Own pages, and a short philosophy introduction. The same config data feeds the app and the CSV used for Figma or Canva.
